Free Broadband

A year ago, we decided to leave NTL because, frankly, their service is shit and we had put up with them for more than a year. We phoned up to organise the cancellation, and the next day a letter arrived offering us a year of free broadband if we stayed. Well, shit or not, free broadband is not something one turns down, so we kept the free service and cancelled the rest of the services we weren't using anyway.

This was due to run out next month, so Ali phoned up to cancel it, and got another 3 months free... I wonder how long they will keep doing this in the hopes that we will forget to cancel it when it runs out and end up paying for a month or two before we realise?
