Holidays!

Well, the end of term finally came and went, and I was really pleased to be leaving. My new job starts in the new school year in September. I have had a good time relaxing and shopping the past couple of weeks, and now it is time to start packing. We are heading out to South Africa for three weeks tomorrow, which I am really excited about.

Ali recently got her R44 rating, which means she can now fly a bigger, 4 seater helicopter. The plan is to head up the coast with her parents in the last week, assuming that the conversion process to a SA licence happens in time. Fingers crossed there!

A little while ago we went bodyflying - kind of like indoor skydiving in a wind tunnel! It was a load of fun. Look here to see what it is. Unfortunately we don't have pics of it, you can't take the camera in with you and they charge a stupid ammount to buy their pics, even in digital format! We are certainly planning to go again sometime, it is stupidly good fun :)

And that's it for now, need to get started on my packing, something I have been delaying for too long this morning!
